Road Train

Here are a couple of pics of my old 150 super Vespa born in 1967 at the Piaggio hospital Pontederra, Italy. Although in this pic it may not look to ratty or scummy but it is, it's been many a year since any hot soapy water has been near it (rider to)! It's been stolen by scum in Ipswich twice, set on fire to, hit by a bus, numerourus cars, covered around a 100,000 miles or so in the 16 years I have owned it. Converted to 12V electronic ignition from a Vespa PX which is better than 6Volt and points.

Thanks to the Vespa's gearing it will tow one trailer up to around 60ish and two at about 50ish, it's done many a scooter run all around the UK when I can afford it and although I do get offers from people to buy & restore it to its former glory I couldnt sell after all these years we have been together and the miles we have travelled. The blue represents the australian sky and the beige the outback dessert, while it has Welcome to Woop Woop on both panels and the front of the legshields.
