This is my chopped and tweaked '82 Honda CM200 TwinStar that I built about a year ago.
Rake was modified and steering neck was extended about 2 inches. Rear frame was cut after the upper shock mounts, and a portion of the front fender from a 1995 Honda VT600CD was welded to the frame. Shocks were removed and replaced with 1-inch square stock. Bike was lowered approximately 3 inches.
All unnecessary frame components were removed (rear footpegs, muffler brackets, etcetera). Top triple tree was left raw while bottom was painted to match top. Rear tire changed from 3.50 X 16 to 4.60 X 16. Front tire changed from 3.0 X 17 to 2.75 X 17. Hubs, spokes, frame and bike all painted gloss hammered black. Top of tank painted with color-shifting green-to-purple paint. Lettering was custom designed and cut from reflective vinyl. Artwork was custom designedm printed, cut, and applied over top of paint. Top of tank was clear coated with urethane paint. Color-shifting pinstripes are along the edge of tank top and along sides of rear fender.

Engine and drivetrain remains fairly stock. Intake was modified to use a Uni pod filter in place of stock airbox. Exhaust system recently replaced with stock components.
Gas tank is a Harley King Sportster tank, 3.5 gallons. Seat is a custom solo seat which was disassembled and rewelded to a custom-built seat bracket. Seat is hinged at front, near tank, and rests on 2 1.5 inch rubber stoppers (these press against rear frame crossmember). Horn is mounted to underside of seat. Mirrors are aftermarket replacememnts for Honda Goldwing. Speedometer is from an early-70's Honda CB750. Handlebars are from a Kawasaki 454 LTD. Chainguard is from a 1995 Kawasaki ZX6R. Footpegs are from a 1998 Honda Shadow 1100. License plate assembly is from a 1995 Honda VT600CD.

Bike was entirely rewired from scratch, Indicator lights replaced with LED units, and indicate Neutral and High Beam. Left headlight is wired into bike's electrical system, but right headlight is wired directly to battery. Left handlebar switch assembly controls horn, turn signals, off/low/high beam. Right switch assembly controls kill switch, off/low/high beam (aux). Digital tachometer is mounted beneath speedometer. Ignition coil upgraded to Accel Super Coil.
All welding and metal work done by my friend Aaron Bush. All other work, including art and painting, done by bike owner, Jim Hardiman. Bike was recently entered in a show and won first place for Mettric Modified. The bike averages 80 miles per gallon, and top speed is 85 mph.
