VFR

I live in New Zealand, about an hour north of Auckland and scored this little beauty up off trademe (our kiwi ebay) I picked this up in 2006 with the idea of using it as a paddock basher and acting like a general hoon, but it was too good to waste so I started getting it ready for road use.

It's an 1987-89? Honda VFR 400 (NC21); so far I have made up a custom muffler for the exhaust and painted it up & replaced the battery. I put a brake/tail light and indicators on it. It's running a cycle speedo and an old scavenged analog temp gauge. I am making up a headlamp assembly from broken headlamps off cars that were donated by panelbeaters. I'm using those projector headlamps with the big fish eye lenses that can take HID bulbs and hope to fit them into a gas mask style enclosure thats wearing a helmet.
