Don't like your stock grips? Want something ergonomic to hold onto while hanging on for dear life? Take used bicicle innertube (roadbike tubes are best for this application) and cut out the valve section. Wrap tightly and evenly around the grip to desired thickness and cut off excess. Use electrical our athletic grip tape to tightly bind the loose ends and voila! Mad max looks and thick rubber vibration dampening and better wet weather grippyness. (For over the top look--add freshly discarded chicken bones while wrapping innertube and let bits stick out here and there. Let cure in the sun and watch crows and vermin attack your ratride)
